17.03. St. Patricks Day mit Chester Acoustic im Shamrock
Raised in the Thames delta, Chester is a versatile and well-travelled singer and multi-instrumentalist with 20 years of experience performing live. Equally at home in more discerning folk clubs, banging out popular favourites to crowds of drunks or busking the streets and cafes of Europe where he cut his teeth as a jobbing musician.
Although largely playing solo at the moment he is also a part-time member of Cornwall-based psychadelic pop terrorists THE VARIOUS ASSORTMENTS, and has recently returned from the prestigious Tredegar House International Festival of Music and Dance, where he was invited to play as part of the band for KEMYSK- Cornish Dancers. His tours and collaborations with Australian Folk/Punk troubadour BENNY MAYHEM look like becoming a regular feature of the next few years.

Selfish Murphy was formed in 2011 in Transylvania, Sf.Gheorghe and we chose a music style that cheers up the public.
Celtic music has become more and more popular lately, therefore we would like to endear it with our public as well as to rise up the spirits of Irish pubs with our performances.
As bands like Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, Fiddlers Green had exerted a great influence on us, we made our repertory so as to give a more modern and rock steady interpretation to the classical style of music.
